The Columbia Transfer Rotary Heat Press was designed specifically for transfer shops looking for high production capabilities. No longer is the delay at the heat press with the new COLUMBIA Transfer 6/3 Rotary Heat Press. This unit is built for speed! The unique design provides the operator with ease-of-use and a layout that will give you hundreds of transfers per hour.

  • Individual Temperature Control for each Transfer Head;
  • Individual Timer Control for each Transfer Head;
  • Individual Pressure Control for each Transfer Head; PLC digital control;
  • Three operating options:  Manual , Semi-Automatic or Fully Automatic;
  • Emergency Stop on each Transfer Head;
  • Three heated platen size 50 x 40 cm coated with Teflon;
  • Plate base with Silicone Rubber (10 mm tick); 
  • Option to change the plate for different sizes;
  • Photocell for operator security;
  • Possibility to move in both rotation direction – CW and CCW;
  • 2x sets from foot pedals with memory for easy 2 operator working mode
  • 11 inches color touch screen
  • Pallets moved by electrical drive system;
