Fully automatic Stencil Processor for developing of screen-printing frames coated with conventional direct emulsion, direct projection emulsion or capillary film.
The stencil is simultaneous developed from both sides by vertically moving nozzles while the tower moves back and forth along the length of the frame.
Will develop 1 to 4 23 x 31 or 25 x 36 screens at a time.
Programmable sequence:
- Initial developing cycles using water from the re-circulation water tank.
- Adjustable for 1-9 passes.
- Final developing cycles using fresh tap water, which also purifies the water in the re-circulation water tank. Adjustable for 1-9 passes.
