Beaver Paper TexPrint Sports+ 92gsm Heavy Thermal Adhesive Dye-Sublimation Paper is designed specifically for sportswear, activewear, and other soft substrates that are prone to shrinking, shifting, or moving during the sublimation transfer process.
TexPrint Sports+ features a heavy thermo-tack coating that activates during heat transfer, helping the printed transfer remain securely positioned against the fabric. The increased adhesion is particularly useful for fabrics and performance materials with finishes that require a more aggressive tack.
The stable 92 gsm construction is engineered to maintain excellent flatness during printing and resist cockling under heavy ink loads. This helps reduce the potential for head strikes while supporting clean, reliable printing in production environments.
TexPrint Sports+ is also engineered for high color yield and efficient dye transfer, helping move more color into the fabric while leaving less residual ink on the transfer sheet. Its construction allows heat to migrate efficiently through the paper during transfer, making it suitable for production environments using heat presses and calender systems.
This 24" x 328' roll is supplied on a 3" core and provides a convenient format for professional dye-sublimation production of athletic apparel, performance garments, team uniforms, and other polyester textile applications where maintaining accurate transfer positioning is critical.

- Use TexPrint Sports+ when printing fabrics that require stronger adhesion during sublimation transfer.
- Print on the coated side of the transfer paper using compatible water-based sublimation inks.
- Allow the printed transfer to dry properly before beginning the transfer process.
- Position the printed transfer against the fabric before applying heat and pressure.
- The thermo-tack coating activates during transfer to help hold the paper and fabric together and reduce movement.
- Maintain approximately 23–25°C (73–77°F) and 45–55% relative humidity in the printing environment for recommended paper performance.
- Store unused rolls in a clean, dry environment and protect them from excessive humidity and temperature changes.
- Always perform a test transfer when working with a new fabric, ink system, or production setup to determine the appropriate transfer temperature, time, and pressure.
