Chromaline SafD-Haze iSC - 1 Gallon
Non-caustic liquid haze and stain remover with a mild abrasive formula, engineered to remove ink stains, haze, and ghost images from screen printing mesh during screen reclaiming.
Characteristics
Chromaline SafD-Haze iSC is a professional non-caustic haze remover designed to remove ink stains, haze, and ghost images from screen printing mesh during the reclaiming process.
Unlike aggressive caustic dehazers, SafD-Haze iSC uses a non-caustic formula to provide effective stain removal while reducing concerns associated with highly corrosive haze-removing chemicals. This makes it an excellent choice for routine screen recycling and reclaiming operations.
SafD-Haze iSC incorporates a mild abrasive that helps accelerate the removal of ink stains embedded in screen mesh. The product is particularly effective at removing staining left behind by the most recent print job, helping restore mesh to a cleaner condition before the screen is prepared for reuse.
The distinctive pink liquid makes the product easy to identify in the screen room, while its mild cherry scent provides a more pleasant working experience than many traditional aggressive reclaiming chemicals.
Application is straightforward. After the ink and stencil have been completely removed, SafD-Haze iSC is applied to the mesh with a screen scrubber and worked into both sides of the screen. The screen is then pressure washed from both sides to remove the loosened staining and followed with a low-pressure flood rinse to remove remaining residue.
One of the major advantages of SafD-Haze iSC is its ability to remain on the mesh for extended dwell periods without the mesh-damaging concerns associated with corrosive caustic dehazers. This gives operators additional flexibility when working on stubborn stains and ghost images.
SafD-Haze iSC is part of Chromaline's integrated Screen Chemistry (iSC) system and provides professional screen-printing operations with an easy-to-use solution for routine stain removal, dehazing, and screen recycling.
