Chromaline Auto Strip iSC Stencil Remover is a highly concentrated screen reclaiming solution formulated for efficient removal of screen printing stencils in high-volume production environments. Its low-foaming formulation is especially suited for automatic screen reclaiming and recycling systems, helping maintain consistent chemical delivery while minimizing excessive foam during operation.
Designed for exceptional economy, Auto Strip iSC can be diluted up to 200:1 with water for automatic screen reclaiming systems, although the optimal concentration can vary depending on reclaiming equipment design and the emulsion being removed. The concentrated formula significantly reduces the amount of chemical required compared with ready-to-use reclaiming products.
Auto Strip iSC can also be used for manual screen reclaiming. For manual spray applications, Chromaline specifies dilution up to 40:1 with water by volume. Once the ink has been removed, the solution is applied to both sides of the screen, allowed to work briefly, and then removed with high-pressure water.
The low-foaming formulation is designed to flow effectively through automatic reclaim equipment without blocking spray nozzles, making Auto Strip iSC an excellent choice for production screen rooms processing large quantities of screens. - For automatic reclaiming systems, dilute Auto Strip iSC up to 1 part concentrate to 200 parts water by volume.
- Adjust the automatic-system concentration as necessary based on equipment design and the type of emulsion being reclaimed.
- For manual spray applications, dilute up to 1 part concentrate to 40 parts water by volume.
- When reclaiming manually, apply the solution to both sides of the screen using a soft polyester scrub brush.
- Allow the solution to work briefly before pressure washing.
- Do not allow stencil remover to dry on the screen.
- Remove remaining stencil residue thoroughly with high-pressure water.
