What makes this a true hybrid film is its ability to peel cleanly while hot for faster production or after cooling for maximum detail adhesion, allowing operators to choose the peeling method that best fits each garment or application. One roll handles both production styles, eliminating unnecessary roll changes while keeping printers operating efficiently throughout the workday.
The film is fully compatible with all Velox ink lines and is specially optimized for Velox Pro printer inks. It consistently produces vibrant color, excellent opacity, sharp image detail, and durable transfers while simplifying inventory by replacing separate hot-peel and cold-peel films with a single versatile solution.
While curing requirements may vary depending on adhesive powder, dryer airflow, and production conditions, a starting cure range of 220–235°F with approximately 1.5–2 minutes of dwell time delivers excellent results. SPSI recommends testing within your specific production environment to optimize curing, adhesion, and overall transfer performance.
