Designed to automatically remove ink from screens in less than three minutes, the 426D-SS provides fast, repeatable cleaning for shops processing a high volume of screens. Rotating spray jet arms distribute cleaning solution across the screens, providing thorough ink removal while reducing the time and labor required for manual cleaning.
The system features heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless steel construction for durability in demanding production environments. Top and side loading capabilities provide convenient screen access, while automatic safety door switches help protect operators during the cleaning cycle.
A closed-loop recirculation system collects and reuses cleaning chemistry throughout the washing process. This design helps reduce chemical consumption, waste, and employee chemical exposure while providing an efficient approach to automated screen cleaning.
The 426D-SS can accommodate up to two screens measuring as large as 41" x 48", making it suitable for a wide range of textile and graphic screen printing applications. The system also features a stainless steel pump, explosion-proof motor, and explosion-proof control panel.
Optional equipment is available to further improve screen room efficiency, including a sludge pump, three-stage filtration system, stainless steel tables, and custom screen or squeegee racks.
